These Terms and Conditions are set out by RaceFasteners Ltd. and refer to the use of www.racefasteners.co.uk website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms set out on the RaceFasteners Ltd. website. If you do not agree with these terms you must not place an order either by our website, telephone or any other method.
References to RaceFasteners Ltd. as ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be deemed to be references to RaceFasteners Ltd. References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons who are engaging with the website in any way, either to sign up as a customer, to place an order or any other business.
RaceFasteners Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Furthermore, any new features, products or tools which are added to the store shall also be subject to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Similarly, by accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Payment and Orders
RaceFasteners Ltd. Is VAT registered. VAT is added at the checkout, not on individual items.

When you place an order with RaceFasteners Ltd., it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, charged, processed and dispatched to you.
Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:
• If the product you ordered is out of stock.
• We are unable to authorise your payment.
• If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.
• If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
• If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather, accidents & subject to restrictions around COVID-19. Please read our COVID-19 policy for full information about this special circumstance.
Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
RaceFasteners Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue any part of the Service without notice and shall not be liable for any third-party modification, price change or discontinuation of Service.
RaceFasteners Ltd. reserves the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Delivery
We provide Free Postage for orders over £60 in the UK.
At this moment in time our postage is only set up for UK deliveries and all our items are dispatched either the same or next day. The Republic of Ireland will incur a surcharge.
Most items are posted Royal Mail Standard First Class except for Titanium fasteners which are posted Royal Mail signed for. International postage options include Tracked and Signed Delivery but do not include the relevant Taxes.
We will occasionally use couriers for larger orders where appropriate. We will confirm by email if your order is going to be shipped by courier and where applicable will include all the tracking information for your parcel.
RaceFasteners Ltd. will not be held responsible for items lost in the Royal Mail Standard First Class postage system so If you require a lower value item to be sent signed for then please contact us before ordering.
Returns
We are sorry if you feel the need to return any of our products and want to make it as easy as possible for our customers. We deal with every return individually so we can get to the root of any problems.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us as soon as possible, stating which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning. Email us at: racefasteners@sky.com
We will reply to you within 24 hours to help solve any issues.
Any returns due to customer error, will incur a processing fee of 20% of the order value and all return postage is payable by the returning customer.
Prices
All prices quoted on our website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Please note that UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate is added at checkout and is not included within the product price. If you are VAT exempt please contact us before placing your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us), for any reason, up until the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Product Descriptions
We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of products on our website are accurate at the time when they are either entered onto our system or printed. However, whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in the colour caused by the browser software or the computer system you use.
Accuracy of Information
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. We do not give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
Some of our products are hand-made and/or have a unique finish, shape, colour, natural imperfections, texture and may vary from the picture you see on our website, and/or from one product to the other if you order more than one. Dimensions may also very slightly vary.

Our website is hosted by Wix.com who may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
